Planned Date:  Wednesday, December 8 – Thursday, December 9, 2021

Location: Pole Canyon drainage, located on Mytoge Mountain in Sevier County; approximately 10 miles north of Loa, Utah.  

Legal Description: Township 27 South, Range 2 East, Sections 13 and 14.

Lat/Long: N 38 32.426, W -111 39.538

Planned Actions:  The Fremont River Ranger District, Fishlake National Forest, plans to burn 147 acres of large hand piles from the Crater Lakes Timber Stand Improvement (TSI) Project.  Fire personnel will focus their efforts on multiple units, including 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 13, and 19, as clearing and weather conditions allow.
