Neffs Fire Final Update: Oct. 5, 2020

Transition to a Type 4 Incident Management Team takes place tomorrow morning, Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 07:00AM.
Fire behavior is anticipated to remain minimal, with smoldering pockets and creeping along the ground within the interior of the fire perimeter. Firefighters will continue to monitor the fire and extinguish any hot spots if
necessary, until there is a season ending event.
Firefighters will be cleaning up and piling remaining limbs and brush (slash) along the Neff’s Canyon trail.
