Summary: The 3 Creeks Fire began around 5 PM on September 21, 2020. The fire ignited along State Highway 153 in a fuels treatment within the dead and down slash piles. All closures & evacuation orders have been lifted. Crews made good progress securing the fires edge yesterday. Today, crews will clean up any remaining hot spots, remove hazard trees, and continue mopping up. Firefighters will be working to remove hazard trees along State Highway 153, and a section of Paiute side trail 135. For firefighter and public safety, please use caution when travelling in the fire area.
